Step 2 – Support – Postpartum Briefs These postpartum briefs are a soft, stretchy and supportive recovery brief, uniquely designed to accommodate a hot and cold pack and bring soothing relief where needed.The patented Postpartum Brief is uniquely designed to be worn with the Bare Mum Warm and Cool Insert (available separately). It is suitable for pain, swelling, itching, tears, and haemorrhoids.Step 6 – Nourish – Skin and Scar OilThis deeply nourishing Skin and Scar Oil strengthens the skin from the inside out, to relieve itching and diminish the appearance of scars and stretch marks.
